ABOUT THE COULOMB ATTRACTORS FORMATION AND THE CUMULATION LIMITING BY THE VOVUME CHARGE IN SONOLUMINESCENCE PROCESSES

Coulomb attractors pulse-periodic formation dynamics has been demonstrated on a basis of hydrodynamic attractors or cumulators. It has been shown that even weak failure of neutrality at a bubble boundary leads to essential limiting of the cumulation coefficient and to an appearance of a pulsating mode. By choosing of typical acoustic wave and excitation power it is possible to create the pulse-periodic mode with the synchronization of the non-linear resonances in the system of hydrodynamic and coulomb attractors.
Experimental investigation of cyclic changes of light absorption coefficient in water and water solutions under an influence of external sources

Samples containing water or water solutions, were exposed to external fields such, as electromagnetic radiation, low-voltage electrical discharges and information irradiation of water by the operator. The spectral dependence of absorption factor was measured. It was revealed, that the absorption of light in water changes under the cyclic law. The data of experiences can be useful at theoretical modeling of water structure forming.
